the Cosmopolitan was once a grand saloon in the thriving mining camp
of Telluride, Colorado. The Cosmopolitan
is now home to the fresh, innovative creations of Chef Chad Scothorn,
who was recently honored by an invitation to the James Beard House in

is located in the luxurious Hotel Columbia at the base of
