The long-standing Baked
in Telluride bakery
has rooted itself in the history of Telluride. Now the oldest food service
establishment in Telluride, Colorado, bakery
owner Jerry Greene arrived in Telluride in 1975. With some friends he
founded KOTO community radio, still heard today on local FM. Jerry soon
turned his entrepreneurial skills to create Baked in Telluride. The objective
was to provide that long-lost feeling of an old neighborhood bakery.
Making a
morning stop on the way to the Telluride Ski Resort is a favorite option
for both visitors and locals.
