Chef Eamonn O'Hara's use of local organic
meats and produce gives the Argentine Grille's cuisine a distinctively
regional flavor. Chef O'hara has garnered a wide variety of attention
as he was the former Executive Sous Chef at the world famous Hotel Bel-Air
in Los Angeles, California where he had the privilege of working with
Wolfgang Puck. O'Hara also worked alongside Dean Fearing of "The
Restaurant at the Mansion of Turtle Creek" fame. He now brings his
experience and critical acclaim to the quiet town of Rico, Colorado. The
Argentine Grille at the Rico Hotel is a former miners' lodge that now
provides the perfect backdrop for weddings, meetings, reunions or any special
